Scoring Objects that leave the playing field will be promptly returned to the playing field at the location nearest the point at which they exited. Teams who intentionally remove Scoring Objects from the scoring field, while not in the process of scoring or descoring, will be Disqualified.

If a robot legally descores a game object from the top of an 11.5" or 30" goal that is along the perimeter wall of the field, and the object falls over the perimeter wall and off the field, where should the object be returned to? Is it placed back in the goal, which is technically “the location nearest the point at which [it] exited”, or onto the ground next to the goal?
