Glue is not a part of the VEX EDR product line, thus it is not legal unless there’s a specific exception listed for it in the rules.
So, there is an exception for glue, however it’s only for securing cable connections. There are no other exceptions for the use of glue, thus using glue to attach pieces of polycarbonate would be illegal.
