If a goal is to be placed outside of the field, is it then put back into the field? Also, if it is not - am i right to assume that if there are any scored rings on it, they will be descored and placed back in the field?

Any goals removed from the field will be placed back on the field. However please be very aware of <SG7>

<SG7> Intentionally removing a movable weighted base from the playing field is illegal and will result in the disqualification of the offending robot.
