Would it be legal to mount a GoPro on the robot to record a first person POV during the matches? We would use it to stream to our phones simply for another perspective while in the match. Thanks in advance,

The use of a GoPro camera during matches for recording video is legal. However, live streaming from the GoPro camera is not legal.
