When scoring a match, if a hanging robot stays hanging for a minute and then falls just as the refs finish scoring, should it still count as hanging?

When scoring a match, if a hanging robot stays hanging for a minute and then falls just as the refs finish scoring, should it still count as hanging?

Here’s what <G10> from the VRC Starstruck Manual says:

@VEX Robotics Competition Starstruck Game Manual

<G10> Scores will be calculated for all Matches immediately after the Match after all objects and Robots on the field come to rest.

Referees will look at the field immediately when the match ends and then wait for objects to settle. It is at this point that the state of the field would be considered final. So if a Robot falls a minute later, they would still count as Hanging.
