Answered: How would Two Mobile Goals in the 20 pt Zone be Scored

At the tournament that I competed at this last weekend in Finals three the other alliance scored two mobile goals in the 20 pt zone. One had 2 cones stacked on it and the other had no cones stacked on it. Both we touching the grey tile of the 20 pt zone and the 10 pt bar, as shown in the picture.

The ref ruled it as the one with the two cones is scored in the 20 pt zone and the one with no cones scored on it is scored in the 10 pt zone bescause only one can be scored in the 20 pt zone and the 10 pt bar is considered the 10 pt zone. I disagreed with that as only one can be scored in the 20 pt zone as per the definition of scored. This also states that the one with more cones will be score in the 20pt zone, so the ref saying the one with the cones will be scored in the 20 pt zone makes sense. With reviewing the rules I could not figure out if the one touching the 10 pt bar and the 20 pt zone with no cones on it is score in the 10 pt zone or not.

Also this same team has in skills put two mobile goals in the 20 pt zone as in this picture.

Is one of these scored in the 20 pt zone and the other in the 10 pt zone since both are touching the 10 pt bar and the 20 pt zone, or is one scored in the 20 pt zone and the other not scored?

Thanks in advance
