I’m building a heavy weight sumo that uses sensors. I’m using the vex ultra sonic sensors, but im finding out that if other bots are facing me at an angle that the sensors waves aren’t returning to the sensor. I was woundering if the Sharp GP2Y0A2YK IR range sensors work with the vex conroller and if so will we be able to use the easyc progamer or will we have to use something else of is there maybe another type of sensor I should be looking at.
Unfortunately we are not familiar with that sensor and can not provide any support. There are probably a lot of sensors you could use that will work with VEX. If you use Non-VEX Products, please refer to the post “Using non Vex parts”.
