Answered: Intentional Flip ?

Would this be a case of intentional flip ? Robot A is moving towards the goal and raising its mechanism wanting to put a barrel . Robot B , raises it arm and try to block or protect the goal without any game object in its possession. However for some reason , robot b manage to flip robot A .
