The double negatives, “[t]eams may not intentionally remove Scoring Objects from the scoring field, while not in the process of … removing Stashed Scoring Objects,” I take to mean that teams in the process of removing Stashed Scoring Objects may intentionally remove Scoring Objects from the scoring field.

<G8> is designed to ensure Robots can “descore” Scoring Objects, without being punished for accidentally removing a Scoring Object from the field during the process of descoring. Robots that intentionally eject descored Scoring Objects from the field are in violation of <G8>.

I have often witnessed robots approaching one of the goals head on and somewhat perpendicular to the field perimeter containing the goal in order to knock off a Stashed Large Ball or a Stashed BuckyBall. By virtue of the orientation of the robot, Scoring Objects have nowhere to go but outside the scoring field. Should these removals be considered intentional and constitute a violation of <G8>?

We expect that Scoring Objects will be ejected from the field during the normal process of removing from the Goals. The situation you have described is legal. (e.g. Knocking a BuckyBall off the top of a Goal)
