Can a robot intentionally disconnect one of its motor PWM connections during a programming skills match?
The only function of the disconnected PWM cable is to deny power to the motor.

There is no rule preventing this action. As long as no other rules are violated in the process, especially <S1> in regards to safety, it would be allowed.
