Hi, my team and I were wondering if having a wireless access point on a VEXU Robot for sending data back to laptop

a) during a match
b) not during a match and in the pits

is legal? Bear in mind that this is a one way communication system from robot to laptop. The rules only talk about communication between robots but not external communication. Thanks

No, this is not legal. No forms of wireless communication, aside from the VEXnet link, are legal.
