Grease which is found in the motors… can that be massed together and used on the robot in one big glump of grease? becuase for my plan for gateway, thick liquid would help quite a bit (assuming it doesnt get on any other robot, the playing field or elements)

This would not be legal as per <R3a> and <R3b> of the VEX Gateway Manual, quoted below.

@VEX Gateway Game Manual

<R3> The following types of mechanisms and components are NOT allowed:
a. Those that could potentially damage playing field components.
b. Those that could potentially damage other competing robots.

Also, in terms of other greases, please see <R7e> quoted below:

<R7> Robots are allowed the following additional “non-VEX” components:
e. Any non-aerosol based grease, when used in extreme moderation on surfaces and locations that do NOT come into contact with the playing field walls, foam field surface, game objects, or other robots.

Thus, all use of grease must be in extreme moderation.
