Answered: Opposing alliance refuses to lift gate

According to <SG11>, the your gate must be up at the 30s mark.
What happens if the opposing alliance forgets to lift their gate? Obviously, they are DQ-ed from the rule, but can the remaining alliance request that the gate be lifted, and make the goals/scoring objects inside their isolation zone available for scoring?

Gates which are not lifted by the 30 second mark, will be lifted by the referees.
