According to rule R18, it says “Pneumatic devices may only be charged to a maximum of 100 psi”. I wanted some clarification when we use two reservoirs, whether this means that we are allowed to have a 100 psi in each reservoir or whether we would have to have 100 psi in total. Any clarification would be helpful, thank you.
