In this thread you said every team must start with a preload star on their robot, if a team could not have a star on their bot without pushing the robot out of the size limit would they be disqualified from the event?

No, the team would be asked to modify their Robot so that they can fit within the sizing limit with a Preload. They would not be instantly disqualified from the event.
