At the beginning of a match the 18 by 18 by 18 rule, does it include your preloaded objects or can they exceed the 18 inch limit? Also when does the new animation come out?

At the beginning of a match the 18 by 18 by 18 rule, does it include your preloaded objects or can they exceed the 18 inch limit?

Preloads may exceed the 18"x18"x18" volume restriction. The restriction stated in <G2> of the VEX Gateway Game Manual is solely for the Robot.

<G2> At the beginning of a Match, each Robot must be smaller than a volume of 18 inches wide by 18 inches long by 18 inches tall. An offending Robot will be removed from the match at the Head Referee’s discretion.
