What is ultra hanging? It’s only referenced in Programming Skills.

If the tie cannot be broken (i.e. both teams have the exact same scores for each Programming Skills Match), the next tie-breakers will be based on the following criteria in each team’s highest scoring Programming Skills Match. The tie-breakers are as follows (in order):
o Number of points on the Bar (i.e. Low Hanging, Hanging or** Ultra Hanging**)
o Number of points Locked Up
o Number of points Scored in the Far Zone

This was an error in terminology, and has been fixed in the 05/10 update of the Game Manual. The updated text is below.
