I am just wondering what the qualifications for participation in a team are… For instance, if you graduate from high school early, but you are still of an eligible age, (say 16) are you allowed to still remain on a team?
Also, if the afore-mentioned plea is not granted, how much is a mentor allowed to do? 
More specifically, in the fields of the Engineering Notebook, Community Outreach, and Public Relations…

There are no restrictions on who can participate on a team. The only restriction is that the driver(s) must be a “student” as defined in Section 2 of the VEX Round Up Game Manual:
In regards to mentors, there are no restrictions on the role of a mentor on a team. It is up to each team to determine how much involvement their mentors provide. We encourage teams to seek partnerships with mentors to enhance the experience of all participants on the team.
So I could still continue at the same level of involvement on the team, just not as a driver?
