<SG7> Robots may not enter the opposing Alliance’s Loading Zone at any time during the Match.
Minor violations of this rule that do not affect the match will result in a warning. Egregious (match
affecting) offenses will result in a Disqualification. Teams that receive multiple warnings may also
receive a Disqualification at the head referee’s discretion.

Most of the time in competition, when the robot is loading and shooting in the starting area, it is not FULLY in the loading zone, as shown by the picture below

As the rule only protects the loading zone(assume also the robot that is FULLY in the loading zone), if the robot is touching the loading zone, is it protected, or can the other team’s robot pin you (less than 5 secs but every time you trying to shoot or load ball)? If it is protected, does
