Robot Skills Loads

In a prior thread, a concern was raised about skills runs being performed without changing alliance tiles:

The response indicated that this is not the correct forum for addressing this issue. What is the correct forum? We have seen confusion at several events regarding this subject and it is affecting the fairness of competition.
