Hi, according to the above mentioned rules:

*Robot Skills Match Loads *may be introduced on any Alliance Starting Tile.

And,

*Programming Skills Match Loads *may be introduced on any Alliance Starting Tile.

Is it legal to place the Skills Match Loads in/on a Robot that is within the Alliance Starting Tile?

Or does this mean that the *Skills Match Loads *are required to be placed exclusively on the Alliance Starting Tile?
