If a part of the robot essentially falls off the back (intentionally), but sill has motors/sensors connected to the Cortex, would this be in violation of rule <G11> which bars the intentional detachment of parts? The only thing connecting it to the main part of the robot would be the wires.
As long as it is still physically connected to the Robot, it would not be considered detached. However, all other rules would still have to be met. Here are a couple that you should pay careful attention to.
