In the Vex Micro Controller Specifications for PWM it states:
As outputs these ports can drive an open circuit to 0.6v or lower for a low and 4.0 volts or higher for a high.
They can drive a 1 mA load to 1.0v or lower for a low and 3.6 volts or higher for a high.
But how much current can a servo/motor safely pull when plugged in to a motor port?
The above info refers to the Vex Controller Control line specifications. From the same page, the total power across all PWM Power outputs combined is 4 Amps. For the Motor and Servo specification, please refer to the Technical Info for the Motor at http://www.vexlabs.com/vex-robotics-motor-kit.shtml or the Servo at [http://www.vexlabs.com/vex-robotics-servo-kit.shtml. You will find each can pull 1-2 Amps from the Power line depending on the load. ](http://www.vexlabs.com/vex-robotics-servo-kit.shtml.
