Answered: <SG13> Clarification on robots holding their opponent's cubes

The rule is not technically official yet, but I had a question regarding the rule SG13 added for the June 2nd update.

<SG13> Robots may not ** deposit their opponent’s Cubes in/on ** their own Alliance Starting Tiles or the grey foam field tile between the two Alliance Starting Tiles and located in the corner of the field, or on Robots or Scoring Objects touching said tiles. The intent of this rule is to prevent intentional strategies to permanently isolate the opponent’s Cubes in the protected area. Accidental moving of Cubes into this area is expected. Minor violations of this rule that do not affect the match will result in a warning. Egregious (match affecting) offenses will result in a Disqualification. Teams that receive multiple warnings may also receive a Disqualification at the head referee’s discretion.

First, if a robot entered the protected zones in possession of an opponent’s cube, I assume that would not be a violation so long as it does not leave the robot?

Second, if the robot never intended to leave (with the opponent’s cubes) would the ruling change?

Third, could “robots touching said tile” included the robot depositing the cube. Aka, could a robot deposit a cube into itself by either intaking an opponent’s cube while touching protected tiles or transferring possession between tethered subsystems of the same robot?

Entering the opponent protected zone is illegal, as per <SG9c>, quoted below:

<SG9> Robots may not interfere with an opposing Alliance’s Building of Skyrise Sections in any way. The
following actions are all illegal.
c) Contacting an opponent’s Alliance Starting Tile or the grey foam field tile between the two Alliance Starting Tiles and located in the corner of the field.
