If i were to attempt to secore Bucky Balls from the stashed colum, would my robot be considered possesing more than three Bucky Balls at a time and therefore be DQ’ed if A) it were pulling out more than 3 bucky balls at a time B) already possed a bucky ball and was pulling 3+ out?

In both cases you would be possessing more than three BuckyBalls, thus you would be in violation of <SG8>.
