During a skills event with limited number of attempts per team. If the clock starts but robot fails to move due to some team error. Like forgetting to turn on the robot, no battery, no code etc. Does this count as one of their attempts with a score of 0?
In an event with unlimited runs should this count as an attempt with score 0 or not be scored.
