I have some questions for the new game Starstruck. Most of these questions are probably answered but i have been having trouble finding the answers. Here are the questions

1. Can a robot break the plan of the fence? (like for robots that are dumping over the fence.)
2. Can the robot touch the fence itself?
3. is there are limit to how many stars a bot can hold?
4. If a robot lifted their alliance robot (like the way in Nothing but net) and the lifted robot is 12 inches off the ground and the wheel of their robot is touching the hanging pole, Is this considered as high hanging?
