Answered: The plane of the field??

I saw this post early today https://vexforum.com/t/answered-updated-plane-of-the-field/29437/1 and it doesn’t make sense that you can’t reach over the vertical plane of the field perimeter. If you can’t reach over the vertical plane of the field, that would mean that your robot would have to come outside the vertical plane so you can place the driver control load into the robot. Or you would have to gently toss them across the vertical pane and into your robot. Maybe I misinterpreted that post linked above, but can you elaborate on how exactly you would place the balls from the mesh bag into your robot legally without “breaking the plane”?
