Answered: Tipping over Opposite Team Mobile Goals

Today we were at a meeting discussing the rules for an upcoming league event, and even though most of the questions were clarified at the meeting, one question was asked and no answer was able to be provided.

Is it allowed for teams to tip over the mobile goals of an opposing team as long as there aren’t any cones on top of it?
