Do tubes perched on top of a goal post now count as scored? From this post I gathered that as long as part (but not necessarily all) of the projected goalpost goes through the hole in the middle of the tube it counts as scored. The description was complicated enough that I wanted to make sure I was interpreting it correctly.

You are interpreting it correctly. These tubes would count.
