Answered: VEX Motor Controller

I noticed today that the VEX motor controller, originally used for driving VEXplorer motors from a VEX microcontroller (basically the guts of a VEX motor), has disappeared from the product listing. I also see the entire VEXplorer line has been discontinued. Even without the VEXplorer, was there a problem with offering the motor controller? Many of us were thrilled when it came out, as there are many applications for it even beyond VEX, as it’s just about the cheapest motor controller around, or at least it was.

So why is it no longer listed, and are there plans to reinstate its sale in the future?

Although we have discontinued the MOTOR-CONTROLLER-100, we are working on a replacement. Unfortunately I do not have any other details at this time……
