At free speed (100RPM) the motor would draw the free current. This is about 5mA.
Please note, these motors will draw their stall current of about 1A instantaneously at the beginning of acceleration, this value will decrease rapidly as the motor accelerates to full speed.
Also note, the motor will almost never achieve it’s free speed of 100 RPM. It will run at some slower speed depending on the friction in your system, as well as the load placed on the motor.
