If a customer has a suspicion that they may have damaged their equipment does Vexlabs offer any kind of inhouse diagnostics and repair? If so how much does it cost and how would a person use this service? Thanks, you people have been great.
You can contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to send the item to us. The minimum repair charge will be $50. It most cases after an item has been damage or stopped working, you will be better off replacing the unit rather than getting it repaired.
