A team that I have been working with is designing custom sprockets to cut out of a piece of lexan and then stack up to obtain a thickness similar to a regular sprocket, is there any problem with doing this? We didn’t think there would be but will anyone complain because of the fact that the lexan will be stacked up? We think it should be fine because they are legal parts but we just wanted to be sure
