ANswered: VEXnet Joystick issue

Wh have an issue with one of our four VEXnet joysticks. Buttons 7 and 8 have stopped working with RobotC. I have dowloaded the firmware multiple times and the buttons still do not work. When I switch to a different joystick the buttons work so I know it is not the software.

**All you can try is downloading Master Code to the Joystick using the VEXnet Utility Tool. If that does not resolve the issue you will need to contact our Tech Support (903)-453-0802 and get a RMA Number for the return of the product. **
