Our transmitter will not stay synced with the microcontroller. Both have the VEXNet upgrade.
Tether:
Tethering works fine. We were able to download our code, and Master Code v8 and v9
Pairing:
Pairing also works. We have successfully paired with the v8 and v9 Master Code.
Syncing:
Syncing always comes out with the same result. It will go through the process of the blinking lights that the documentations states. We will finally get the blinking green lights for about 5 seconds. During those 5 seconds, our robot is fully functional. After the 5 seconds, the VEXNet light on the transmitter will start slowly flashing red, while the microcontroller still keeps flashing green.
We tried this with Master Code v8 and v9 with Default Firmware, Starter Code, and our own code. When we tether the old way, not using any VEXNet upgrade equipment, everything works fine.
We saw people having the same problems on these forums, but still haven’t found an answer. Does anyone know what is going on, and whether it is just defective equipment?
