There are Accessories listed under VEXplorer (VEX-Blue) not under Vex Robotics Design System Accessories
It’s been already established that the VEX claw is allowed but what about all the other listed accessories under VEXplorer (VEX-Blue)?
Such as the Vex Flashlight Kit: 276-2210
Per <R5> All VEX Robotics Design System Components specifically designed to be used as Robot construction are allowed, except for a few restrictions, including: “Electrical components & motors from the VEX-RCR product line are prohibited. This includes electronics from the VEX-MiNi & VEXplorer systems.”
Since the VEX Flashlight Kit is currently listed as part of the VEXplorer system, and qualifies as an electronic component, it is NOT legal per the above restriction.
The VEX Claw is legal, because there is no restriction listed in <R5> which rules it as illegal.
