Are we allowed to use VEX Pro parts on a robot for VEX EDR challenge Starstruck?

There’s actually a specific rule detailing the legality of the use of VEXpro parts. Let’s take a look:

<R5c> Products from the VEXpro, VEX IQ, or VEX Robotics by Hexbug product line cannot be used for robot construction, unless specifically allowed by a clause of <R7>. Products from the VEXpro or VEX IQ, or VEX Robotics by Hexbug product line which are also cross listed as part of the VEX product line are legal.

So they cannot be used, unless specifically allowed elsewhere in the manual.
