Answered: VexU 3D Print Rule Clarification

I had a quick question on whether using support material to link up multiple smaller parts, making these smaller parts into a connected chunk of plastic, and then taking the support material out, and splitting them apart into individual parts would be legal. Image For Clarification

You are allowed four distinct 3D parts in total. You cannot print one part, break it up into smaller pieces, and still have it count as one part. Similarly, if you print 4 parts in the volume of one legal allowance, it still counts as 4 parts. Thus, what you’re proposing may or may not be legal, depending on the number of parts being used.
