Answered: Video taping by the refs or tournament coordinators?

Has anyone had video taping by referees at their tournaments?
Tournament Rules:
T01a. states that “The referees will NOT review any recorded replays.”
We have already been to a tournament where a semifinal match was taped and reviewed by the referees. This was not done by a team and given to the refs. They actually did it. Now, it has been announced that the NY State Northern tournament will have the finals recorded.
Maybe there has been an update in the rules that we are not aware of?
Can someone please clarify.

There have been no changes to the rules; referees should not be reviewing any recorded replays as part of their deliberations.
