I saw a previous post saying that teams would be allowed to set up on Thursday, but I was wondering if the public was allowed in on Thursday?
According to the agenda, there is praticing and the Skills challenges start in the afternoon. As a VEX fan and forum member going to Dallas, I was hoping to be able to look around Thursday and watch some of this. I thought that it also might be a better time to walk around the pits and talk to teams about their robots.
After seeing that post, I figured that I had better check and see.
The convention center will be open to teams and the public on Thursday, April 30, 2009 from 9AM until 7PM. There are not restrictions on the number of people who can attend.
Thanks for letting me know. I know that it might have been a stupid question, but since I haven’t been to an event like this before I just wanted to make sure.
