Apparent Error in Official Description

At the bottom of page 18 of GUIDE FOR BUILDING THE CLAWBOT, it says “High Speed Mode provides 60% faster rotational speed with a 60% reduction in torque.” This would mean the 393 only operates with 64% of the normal efficiency. At least one person has said he/she hasn’t experienced anywhere near this loss, and it doesn’t seem to fit with what others have said. So this sounds really wrong. When I look here VEX EDR Motors - VEX Robotics I don’t see anything resembling a 60% reduction in torque, either. I suspect this should read “High Speed Mode provides 60% faster rotational speed with a 38% reduction in torque.” Otherwise, the product page probably contains errors, but it seems to make more sense.
