I realized that under the new “conversation” format that private messages from the old forum are not accessible. Is there any way to access these messages?
I could not find it either.
This has been addressed already. They are still migrating them and expect it to be a week before we see them.

That’s great to hear! While most of my messages are of sentimental (rather than technical) value, I’d hate to lose that “history.”
Where do private messages live now? I can click on a person and start a private message, but I can’t see the mailbox to start a PM other ways.
That is currently the only way unfortunately. You can’t even send to peoples emails either
They exist as private conversations and can be found under the list of unread threads. This is actually really nice because you don’t have to check a different location for PMs.
