What do you mean by “unlocks”? Is it this (scroll down to the Nylock nuts)

Uhhhhh… can you describe what exactly “nylon unlocks” are?
I assume you're talking about 'nylock locking nuts', which in this case are these

I meant nylock nuts that are made out of nylon
Rule R21 section C states that “any commercially available nut … up to 2.5” long" is legal. Since you can buy these commercially and it is categorized as a nut, then yes, I’d say it’s most likely legal. As a rule of thumb, whenever you’re confused about a rule or something being legal/illegal, just ctrl-f related words in the game manual and you’re almost guaranteed to find an answer.
