Is it legal to use steel cables on our robot in VRC Spin Up 2023?

idk if cables count as strings/ropes, so not sure if the dimension limits apply to it.
Well what do you think? Does it count as a rope/string (as per the game manual)? If not, what characteristic of it would prevent it from counting as such?
