Can I score Rings in the blue wall Stakes in Skills matches? And if so, could I put a red Ring on the Stake and have it count for points?

Good question… maybe you can sumbit a Q&A on this…
But going off of the current rules, since:

  3. There are no rules in the robot skills appendix modifying alliance wall stakes

So based on these three points, no.

If so, then yes, based on the wording of SG10 (“of either color”), unless the GDC rules otherwise in a Q&A.
