Arm trouble possibly coding

Help! There is a problem regarding that our arm of our robot is not going up in autonomous. In autonomous our arm does not move at all, including that the motors aren’t moving so there isn’t motors or gears forcing against each other. The drive and pneumatics work perfectly. Everything is plugged in to order. Along with the arm moving in driver control, however, it stops in mid-section? Where we have to wait. I don’t know if there is a connection between the two. Please and thank you! Here is the code:

When you set the lift to -127, is that moving it up or down?
