Audio not working on raspberry pi TM

Hey gang, I am looking for some help with the audio output on the Raspberry Pi Tournament Manager software. We have 6 systems that we use as field display/controllers. We have used them for a few years with out problem until this year we got them out again and the software said we needed to re image our SD cards due to the software in them being too old. So we flashed all 6 of them and the came up and configured just fine. We tested everything on them but the audio outputs. Tonight when we hooked up speakers to them, they had nothing coming out. We managed to find the /audio webpage in the Pi software and tried all settings in there: Auto, HDMI, and 3.5 mm jack. Also Mute and Unmuted. We rebooted the Pis several times as we tested. We ran them with two different TM PC’s too.
We need those outputs working for our field match sounds. Our Raspberry Pi’s are 3B+ . We use wired Ethernet connection. Our software reports that it has no updates and is current
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Apply the attached update; that should take care of the issue. You’ll have to visit the audio configuration page again to make your choices.

How do you apply that update?
Thanks

It is a standalone updater for the Raspberry PIs. When your PIs are online run that updater from one of the computers you have, same as TM will do as long as it is Windows. It will need the IP address for the PI. Enter that and click on update.

Hello, I am also having issues with the audio from a raspberry pi 3b+
What is the audio configuration page and how to you get to it?

Also when I use the updater it makes the pi unable to be updated/saved from the TM software on my pc (they still work as the previous saved settings)?

Additionally I can’t seem to reach the ip of the pi (by typing it into chrome) after I use that software to update them?
Is this normal / has anyone else had similar issues
