Hey I was just wondering how you would constrain the bearing block to a chassis aluminum rail. How would you do it?
Hi Jash,
I can’t give you specific Autodesk Inventor help – you need to talk to Autodesk for tech support on their products.
I’m also moving this thread into the general forum, where hopefully some members of our community will be able to help.
In general… you just need to mate the back of the bearing flat against the side of the chassis rail. Then you need to align the bearing holes with the center of the square VEX chassis holes. One trick I use to do this, is I add an axis down the center of the square holes, then I mate the bearing holes to be concentric with this axis.

Thanks! That helps alot, but how do you create another axis?
