I was thinking of ways to earn auton points and thought of the seesaw points. If you get a robot on the seesaw during auton will you still get the points from it?
If you mean scoring by being elevated - look at the game manual definition:
Elevated - A Robot and / or Mobile Goal state. A Robot or Mobile Goal is considered Elevated if all of the following criteria are met at the end of a Match:
Since it is not end of match, robots and mobile goals can not be considered elevated.
Please read manual carefully - definitions are your friend.

I doubt it will change the definition of Elevated - as this is an end of match feature of the game. Do note that the Q&A was posted weeks before latest update which is the Q&A clarification release of the Game Manual. So it may be that the GDC will not answer that one, but rather look for more recent Q&A to clarify for the final release of the Game Manual in August.

You could place mogos on the seesaw and earn 20 points, but getting the robot on the seesaw wouldn’t help since the robot on the seesaw is only scored after the 15-second auton and the 1-minute driver period.
actually no, the definition for elevated specifies it must be at the end of the match for both goals and for robots. The only way to earn points before the end of the match is currently by putting rings on alliance goals, because everything else depends on it being at the end of the match. The gdc has thus far refused to answer, clarify, or even acknowledge these discrepancies in any way, but hopefully the wildly incorrect rulings made around auton scoring at the signature event today will prompt the gdc to act.
